Delivery methods and costs in Italy
LICA Srl ships throughout Italy and issues invoices for the products purchased when the products are handed over to the courier for shipment.
Invoices are issued based on the information provided by the customer.
The products ordered will be sent to the postal address indicated by the customer. Delivery will take place between Monday and Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is deemed to be complete when the product is delivered to the customer at the address specified on the order form.
In the event of failure to deliver due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave notification thereof. He will attempt to complete the delivery the following day. If delivery cannot be completed the following day due to the absence of the recipient, the goods will be taken to the warehouse pending collection by the customer. Should the goods remain in the warehouse for more than ten days without the customer contacting Customer Service to plan a new delivery which he/she must pay for personally, the products in question will be returned to LICA Srl.
The costs of shipment will be calculated based on the value of the order as indicated below:

**With the exception of bulky goods which have a larger weight and volume. This cost will be highlighted in the order summary before the order is confirmed by the customer. This allows the customer complete control to decide both in terms of the article (or articles) ordered and the shipment costs.
For orders with a value exceeding €95.00, shipment is free.
When the product is delivered by the courier designated by LICA S.r.l., the customer must carefully check:
- that the packaging is intact and not damaged or in any way altered;
- that the number of items being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the bill of transport. Any damage to the packaging and to the products, or any discrepancy in the number of items/packages or indications must be promptly contested by the customer who can contact L.I.C.A. S.r.l. via Customer Service, indicating the order for which the mistake has occurred.
- In the event of receipt of a package which does not comply and/or has been tampered with, the package should be accepted with reservation indicating the reason. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
It is not possible to choose which courier will be assigned the delivery when placing an order.
Costs and methods of international Shipment
The cost of overseas shipping is not calculated automatically. We reserve the right to quantify these shipments and communicate the relative cost after receipt of the order based on the destination, weight and size of the article (or articles)
Any administrative costs, to be borne entirely by the customer, will be invoiced together with the goods purchased, as indicated in the order confirmation.
All the various cost items indicated hereinabove will be defined and communicated prior to shipment.
